V-Guard Industries is engaged in Business of Stabilizers,
Digital UPS, UPS and Solar Inverters. V-Guard Industries Ltd has closed at Rs.174.85 on 23.04.2020
with a Gain of +2.49%. It is virtually Debt
Free with increasing Market Force. Earning Power is 19.74 % with investments of 169.29 Cr.
& Cash end of last year(FY2019) 84.65 Cr.in its balance sheet.It is now Trading at
X2.7 of its Value ( EPV method), while Havells India Ltd is Trading at X3.7 of its Value.
We are expecting that
Cos. will post Net Profit of Rs.195 Cr in FY2019-20 & Rs. 147Cr in
FY2020-21.If we factor the above earnings, it is now Trading at X2.8 and X3.15
of its Value.
