Nifty Today Closes @ 5198 Up by 1.3%,though all Technicals were Telling a Bear-Tell,then what makes it sudden Bullish.Now let's see the Gold & Silver Technicals Charts.What they are Telling ? They are Telling a Bullish Events in the Coming Days. Equity & Bullion behave in opposite direction.Then  what makes the Today's move??
