Persistent Systems Ltd - Q4 FY 2020 Results Update & Valuations


Persistent Systems Ltd is now Trading  at ₹520.70   with  a  Gain   of    + 3.19%   on    07-MaY2020   with formation of  a  l Green  Candle    on Daily  Price Chart.
Persistent Systems build software that drives the business of its customers; enterprises and software product companies with software at the core of their digital transformation
The company has  posted  Net Sales of Rs3570 cr & Net Profit of Rs.340 Cr in FY2020 and it is expected that Cos. Will post  Net Sales of Rs.3780.00 cr & Net Profit of Rs.350  Cr in FY2021 ( E ) and Net Sales of Rs.4240 cr & Net Profit of Rs.460 Cr in FY2022 ( E )
Valuations  : The Company is now Trading at X0.72  of its  value. We have valued the company with its full  Financial  year 2020 earnings  ( PAT ), which is now X0..72  , a  Discount  of ~28% to its Value ( EPV Method ) ;  X10.69  of its FY21 earnings with a Discount of ~31%  and X0.53 of its FY22 earnings with a Discount  of  ~47% . Its Fare Value Per Share , based on FY2022(E)  earning is Rs. 985.10
