Nifty PE is now at 16.75 at the Close of 2011.It has made Yearly High of 24.57 and Low at 16.46.As per Valuation, Nifty is expected to Bounce From these levels  to upper side. Otherwise it may fall to the level of 12 in 2012, Pulling the Nifty Sub-3000 levels
